Marital Betrayal is a devastating shock to a spouse. It can cause significant emotional distress and for the betrayed spouse, you are left to make sense of it all.
Infidelity is on the rise and is the most cited reason for divorce cross-culturally. With the onset of distressing emotions, you find yourself wanting to ask all the questions in hopes of taking control of the situation and hopefully make sense of something that just doesn't make sense.
Asking questions can help you find clarity and reflect on your own needs as to how to move forward. But you MUST ask the right questions.
Asking questions that will just bring more trauma is NOT the way to go. You need questions that will aid in your healing process.
What is the difference between the two? And is there a better way to get all the information you need to move through your recovery process?
In the next 2 episodes, I am sharing what questions you should ask and the questions you should avoid at all costs.
Grab your pen and paper, Beautiful. Let's dive in and help you gain some clarity to move you forward.
Blessings,
Lisa
