"For those of us who chose to work on our marriage after betrayal trauma, how do you love him again? How do you forgive him? I'm having trouble with flashbacks and triggers all the time.. he’s in therapy, I am as well. We are trying to find a marriage therapist who specializes in betrayal trauma. I just don’t know if I can love him the same way. and so afraid of letting my wall down that I have built up so he can’t ever hurt me again. Please help!
